All PSH. products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every PSH. item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Please contact us at our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PSH. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
